The pillows were a little smokey, but otherwise great! The restaurant was great, and I would stay again and bring my own pillows
Service is good, location is ok. Overall ambience of the hotel once you leave the lobby declines. Very dark halls, rooms and pool area. Everything was clean enough, just nothing too special. They did upgrade us to king suite at no extra charge however!
Due to being there for a convention, there was a lot going on and quite a few things I noticed that went wrong (elevators broken, vomit in pool, girl passing out in computer lab as I go to use it) and the hotel employees went out of their way to make it all run as smoothly as possible. When I needed the computer lab on Sat night while it was closed due to issues, I was allowed to briefly use their computer to print something that I desperately needed. When I asked for more hangers, they were brought to my room immediately. When I needed a comb, I was given one. My only suggestion is change the cleaning product or air freshner that's used in the stairwell. The scent is nauseating.
This was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in the Fargo area. Very friendly service with quiet rooms.
I visit for the Valleycon event. Every person there was wonderful and the facilities and public areas were kept very clean. Awesome place. Will seriously consider booking a room there next year during the event.
