The price I paid for the hotel, I did not find it worth it. It's a unique hotel with some nice staff but they just didn't care. I honestly don't think I'd ever stay here again. My husband and I have truly enjoyed best western on our travels and try to stay with the chain but I think we may seek out another hotel.
We enjoyed our mini holiday at this hotel. The rooms were great, although the beds could've been less lumpy. We really enjoyed the "motel" style doors to the outside so we could park right outside our door. The rooms were spacious and we loved everything it had to offer. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids and they really enjoyed it.
The hotel itself was very very nice. The staff and food were amazing and clean!! My problem was our bed was not changed we found hair in the bed. That is the only reason I gave this hotel a 3 out of 5. Besides that the decor and comfiness compared to other hotels is over the top. Breakfast was nice and hot. The pool water was clean and warm. Like I said the only issue was our bed.
Have stayed here several times when in Fargo. Every time has been great. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and each evening they have a manager reception where you can get free bottom shelf drinks. Recommend staying here.
We loved this hotel. Great location by everything we needed! Great pool area, good breakfast. The only complaint is, they do allow pets, which isn't an issue, however, our stay consisted of listening to a dog barking for hours on end this weekend. But everything other than that was absolutely perfect!
The breakfast included was such a great thing, although we wished there was more seating. It has very limited space ( maybe 8 tables)
All in all I would never stay anywhere else again in Fargo, I would stay here 100%! I've already recommended it to many people as well :)
Staff were nice but I had an issue in the pool area with a father screaming at me after his daughter repeatedly pounded water in my daughters face to the point she couldn't breathe. My daughter yelled stop and tried to swim away but the girl followed her, I yell stop and she didn't listen. After my daughter was gasping for air I lightly splash the girl to get her attention and she finally stopped. I informed her parents, who were not watching her, they were busy with their phones, if they had been watching they would've seen what happened. I was screamed and yelled at by both parents and their friend, I was made to feel wrong for getting my child out of the situation. I got out of the pool, I took my daughter I informed the counter staff but I don't think anything was done about it. I was so enraged. I cried in my room for over an hour. The next morning we were woken by kids running the halls and screaming, I'm pretty sure one of them pulled the alarm, I heard laughing then the fire alarm went off. So, we got dressed, headed downstairs, waited, then we were cleared and not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. The family I had the issue with were in the breakfast area, I refused to be in the same area as them and I wanted to avoid more confrontation so we headed back to our room and waited a bit. We went back downstairs to check out, again, no one apologized for the sudden awakening of a fire alarm, then at that time, breakfast was done. I grabbed a coffee, I said hi to the lady working in the breakfast area, she looked at me like I had 3 heads, didn't even crack a smile and didn't talk to me at all. Quite rude.
