The front desk help was in a league of her own. Polite patient and very knowledgeable. The room was clean n quite spacious. The free breakfast was also a plus.Id definitely use them again.
Stopped in looking for a room at 2am. Desiree was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
I thought the hotel was nice. The room was nice and the staff we interacted with where nice. The hotel offered a breakfast, which was good. However, I went down to the fitness center to work out at 6:30 am only to find that it didn't open until 8:00 am. I had to leave the hotel at 8:00 am to attend a conference. I don't know anyone who works out starting at 8:00 am. So that was frustrating, especially since I double checked that they hotel had a fitness room to be used.
Late Fitness Center Open:
As it turned out, it is a NICE room, with all the basic amenities. The hallways had new carpet, & several vending machines with all kinds of beverages/snacks.
The room was clean, had a flat screen TV with ample channels, granite vanity, a newer tub surround, and newer toilet. The bed was very comfortable , plus I asked for extra pillows, and retrieved them from the front desk. The motel consists of a few separate buildings, but they are connected with one long corridor. On the North end is a pub, with limited gambling... The lobby is in the middle, where a basic hot/cold breakfast is served each morning.... We were there for medical appointments , so all we needed, is what they offered.... No pool, no hot tub,...but we didn't care...
When I saw reviews of the Fargo Inn & Suites, (formerly, the Select Inn),....I was nervous to share a room with my friend.
It is a decent motel, within walking distance to LOTS of shopping, and restaurants . ...all for $60!
Very nice one night stay. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Red Delicious apples was the only fruit option. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom could've used better sound proofing and a fan.
