What a wonderful experience! The hotel looks new, in a great location by lots of shops, and is extremely nice staff!
One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at in the USA. Very contemporarily done lobby and breakfast are with beautifully thought out rooms. Definitely going back when I'm in FGO
Stated in a double room in the top floor of this Holiday Inn Express for a couple of stays now. Quiet comfortable rooms. Very nice free breakfast. Wired and wireless internet in the rooms. Very nice mirrors with lighting all around it, mounted behind, in the bathrooms. Wish I had one at home! On my first check in, as a IHG Rewards member, I received a little bag of local made chocolate treats. Very nice touch. This is my new favorite place to stay in Fargo.
Of course, the most important part of many guest's visit... they had a nice selection of HOT ☕️ COFFEE
Jennifer (and her co-worker cook) did an amazing job keeping the food in stock, cleaning constantly, and greeting all the guest with a smile!
In addition, the rooms/beds/bath are spacious compared to many hotels in this price range!
The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels... eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, rolls, muffins, cereal, a pancake printing machine, juices, and much more.
There were lots a smiling kids that looked like they enjoyed the pool area!
I would give a 5 star, but the customer service was lacking. My husband and son had to wait 20 minutes after calling the front desk twice for having someone to turn on the water slide. When the front desk person came, she didn't apologize for the wait. Also, we noticed ants on our sofa bed in the morning. I informed the front desk as we were leaving, and again, no apology or even ask if anyone was bit by an ant. We did enjoy the spacious room, pool, and breakfast.
Great hotel new lots of room very clean and up to date! Pool area has a play area for the kids with a small water slide and a hot tub in a glassed in area! Close to great shopping!
