Of lesser concern, but somewhat annoying were that the coffee at the hotel was undrinkable-- was more the color of maple syrup than coffee. And the bathroom is so tiny that the door almost hits the toilet.
Right off the highway. With in walking distance of the mall and a liquor store. All so a short drive to all sorts of restaurants & retail stores such as Walmart. Good value as far as cost goes.
She then gave me a regular room with a king bed instead of a suite. When I went back to let her know I'd reserved a suite, she said, "oh, it's an online reservation for a king bed and doesn't say suite, so there's no guarantee you'll get a suite." I then showed her the email stating that I reserved a suite and she said, "oh, suites are first come, first served." I pressed again that we needed a suite, as my stepdaughter would be staying with us and she finally gave me a suite. She never once apologized for the mistake and the whole thing made very little sense to me-- if it's first come, first served and there were suites available, why wasn't I simply given one the first time around? And how is it possible that an online reservation for a suite doesn't really reserve a suite?
This hotel was clean, comfortable and beds were good. Room was a good size and staff was friendly. Good experience overall and the price was right. Would definitely stay there again.
When we finally got the suite, there were no sheets provided for the foldout bed and none immediately available at the front desk. My husband had to wait several minutes for the front desk to get them out of the laundry and was treated like his request was a nuisance.
When I arrived at the hotel on Saturday to check in, no one was at the desk and when someone finally showed up, she didn't apologize for the wait or was just generally sort of unfriendly.
Was decent room, not any thing special but definitely not a dump. Bathrooms very tiny. Stayed in room 110. Stood in lobby 5 min before someone came out of back room to check us in. Front desk ran out of blankets and pillows. Breakfast included in the morning. Small indoor pool, we didn't try it.
Ugh don't stay here it's disgusting! It looked like a pile of pubes exploded in our bathroom and all over the shower, it had definitely not been cleaned. The bed looked clean but when I pulled the sheet back to check the mattress for bugs I seen a big blood stain smeared on the mattress. When we woke up we decided to check out the breakfast situation and oh God I'm not sure what they were trying to cook but it made the whole front of the hotel smell horrible, like burnt garbage, we couldn't take the smell we had to pass on the dry bread and yogurt. Quality is the last thing you get at this hotel, BEWARE!!!
I'm unlikely to stay at this property again.
