Room was fine, the beds were comfy. Some issues with the TV not being set up right, but we figured it out. Also, the remote only worked from a very specific spot/angle. Good free breakfast and kids liked the pool.
Personable staff. Nice event and bar area. Rooms were clean, but beds were a touch small (full beds vs queen beds in a 2 bed room)
We stayed 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. The whole staff was so friendly & accommodating. The free breakfast was AWESOME!!!! Our room was very nice & clean, the bed was very comfortable, room was newly refurnished, we even had a very comfortable leather recliner. Our room overlooked the courtyard with outdoor pool. Beautiful grounds (even for fall). Very well kept. The bar was very clean & fun. Food was great!! We have heard from people that have driven by this hotel that it looked a little "sketchy" , DON'T let that fool you!!! Some of our family stayed at a new hotel in Fargo & after seeing our room wished they had stayed here. They paid the same money but had no breakfast & no atmosphere. The Biltmore has done a super job of renovating this property & I am sure the exterior will also be addressed at some point. If you stay here you will not be disappointed!!!!
We stayed here the first night of our road trip, with 2 young kids in tow. We didn't use the pool or anything, but this place was very nice. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and it's next to a car dealership so it made us think the GPS was taking us to the wrong place, but when we found it we're very happy. The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools, continental breakfast included. Highly recommend!!
Would not even give ONE star. This was terrible. We got into our first room, and it had a terrible odor. We turned the air on and thought that would fix the problem or at least HELP. We were gone for several hours and returned only to find out that the smell had gotten WORSE! It literally smelled like someone pooped in the air conditioner and it was pouring out of the vents. We called to the front desk who was NOT very apologetic or concerned, they let us know we could switch rooms, which we did. IMMEDIATELY. The second room definitely smelled as well, but not as bad as the first one so we said we would deal for one more night. The next morning, the breakfast was AWFUL and that staff was so extremely rude that it made it uncomfortable getting the food anyways. That day we found that there was a brush that was in our room (The one we switched to) that was not either of ours, leading us to believe that the room was not thoroughly clean. All in all, this was such a terrible experience.
