Friendly, helpful people. Great place for families to gather. Kids will love the water park like pool. Cozy homelike furnishings and decor. Good breakfast and dinner. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is no hand held shower head and no ceiling fans.
Absolutely love this hotel. It is massive with a great pool area yet has a very comfortable setting. Also, Sun-Thurs they have open swim for the public for $5/person over age 2. 2 and under swim free :-D

I took my grandchildren to the pool. It's one of the only pools open to the public. The staff was very friendly. The pool area was clean. We enjoyed our afternoon
We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. As we were traveling with small children we greatly appreciated that the room had two separate areas, but not truly two rooms. The kids felt safe and close enough to sleep in their own space, but we had enough privacy to watch our own shows to fall asleep. The continental breakfast was great. Breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, plus soda, coffee, and tea always available. The pool is a kiddie pool, 3 1/2 feet at the deepest point which is perfect for our family. All of that said, we were initially given a room that had not yet been turned over, but they were apologetic and quickly showed us to a new room. It happens, no big deal to us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
