Your company is terrible. I brought 12 total lines over from Verizon. And I was guaranteed from a store rep that would get a prepaid MasterCard for my buy outs. And I got a bill credit for 2400 and not as a pre paid MasterCard. The store rep lied to me and I am completely not happy with how I was treated. I will be reporting your company to the better business. I will put you on blast this is terrible. Not a good way to treat customers.
Bought a phone from a friend through Verizon, stopped by Verizon in the mall and they had no idea how to switch the APN to a new carrier... They were confident it could not be done. However, with the help of Gloria at T-Mobile my issue was resolved in less then 5 minutes.
When I first arrived to T-mobile Saturday June 10. I came because I was referred by a friend to switch over to T-Mobile. There was a dark skinned woman with short hair Her named started with a T I think . she helped me, My wife and I where very very please. She explained everything clear. I told her I would come back after work. My wife and I came back the same day. The Dark skinned lady was busy with a customer. She explained someone would help. There were 3 employees helping me crowding around me. I'm very good with names but she was short long hair. She was steady on her phone one minute she was texting and then the next minute she was helping the 2 people who were trying to help me. The kinda big guy with black hair he didn't know much. The lady who was on her phone she kept leaving to do something. Finally after 6 hours of being there I decided to only get one phone. The Big guy with black hair didn't but me on the slowest internet service. The dark skinned woman finally came to help me. For a first time experience i wouldn't recommend going to anyone else but.The Dark skinned woman. Whoever was playing the music it was shocking I haven't heard Get Low in years. But D.R had a lot of life in him full of energy.
First the clerk said my old phone was not working, just trying to sell a new model, then he realized my phone had no issues, he tried to activate it, but he did not know how, then he called customer service, and he said to me that they said it would be ready and activated in an hour, but it was never activated, and after many hours waiting, I had to call T Mobile, they hang up on me several times, until finally 8 hours later, I had to start activation process with a rep by phone and they did not know how to set internet on my phone, they sent me back to a store again, but after all this, I prefer not to.
Landon at the 45th St S and 40th Ave S Store was awesome to deal with. He worked really hard to get my family switched over from Sprint. Which wasn't easy by any means. He helped us out with a plan that cut our future bill in half with better service and more free data. Which with 4 daughters was desperately needed. I highly recommend switching to T-Mobile if you are get tired of being ripped off by other carriers. Not to mention the customer service is stellar!
