They will not touch your phone if you have attempted to fix problem beforehand. Also can not purchase a battery here without them putting it in for you. Do not recommend

I had made an appt to have the charging port replaced on my iphone. I was told it would be $60 or $70. I can't remember which. But when I brought the phone in, Brody, the employee, took the phone and said. "let me check something first before we do that" He went in the back for a few minutes, then came out and handed me the phone. He said that he removed the lint that collects in the charging port from being in your pocket and it started charging. Said it was common. He/you could have just replaced the port and I wouldn't have know the difference. I applaud Brody and Batteries Plus for this honesty. I WILL be sending my friends and family in. Thank you
