Since then they were unhelpful - they claimed that they could not be at fault even though the only thing infected with the bed bugs was the mattress. This was a brand new apartment with no previous residents.
Sold me a broken bed and used furniture they claimed was brand new. Called me constantly regarding get payments already made through easy pay on weekly. Both of the females work have a attitude anytime you walk in there. You are better off going to Aaron's or doing layaway through Ashley's.
If you need something to sleep on I highly suggest that you buy an air mattress short term, and then use the savings from this to buy a new bed yourself. Do not put yourself into the situation where you have an infestation that could cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Crapy servace they show up on my door step with out a call my payments are only 102 dollers a month paid over that and they saying barley covers haff a month call constantly even after u call them 2 let them know when u will be in just all in all a bad exsperance ready 2 switch to AArons
Absolutely a terrible location. I know four people who got beds from this rent-a-center. Two of them got beds that smelled of smoke. My roommate got bed bugs from them.
The workers are nice, but when it comes to actually getting things done or put together, they're lazy, slow, and rude. I've had my bedroom set for at least a month now and its still not all put together, wish i would've gone through aarons, much better service.
