☆Update☆ today is 12/29/17. I was in the Cell Phone department. An employee named Cindy was everything you want at a store. She was patient, asked me if she could help me, very competent and polite. This was the only time except my first visit when I received this caliber of service. Thank you.
It is what it is. I shop there and I enjoy the selection. There are other places to shop in this area that are not as big, but also have comparable prices. All in all I try to spread my shopping dollars in other community stores, but $for$, Walmart the better prices.
Last time I was here some guy tried to introduce me to Jesus. When I called him out for soliciting he brought up some obscure legal case to which I interrupted with a request for some spare change. As he reached into his pockets I told him I didn't need change not religion.
Meh. Walmart.
Pretty standard walmart. Enough selection and low enough prices for me to keep going back, but nothing (good or bad) that really makes it stand out. Could maybe use a few more open checkouts or self-checkouts though.
I bought vitamins and some food on Sunday night around 6:30 pm. During another trip I bought an android phone and I am very satisfied with it. Bring your patience because they were very busy and had long wait times to check out.
The notebook I bought was nice looking but the glue isn't holding all of the pages properly.
If you've been to a Walmart before you know about what to expect here. The staff is largely unhelpful, the prices are low, and at any sort of a peak time the checkouts are severely backed up and you're inevitably going to be facing a wait. Other than that it's clean and in good repair, but it's still a Walmart in the end.
