We needed to purchase a gift on line and have a friends daughter pick it up for us because the store in Bismarck was out and could not get it to us before Christmas, but the online purchase feature only allows you to reserve the item and pay when you pick it up. The friends daughter is a young college gal and we couldn't expect her to pay for it so I called the Fargo store and spoke to Jen and explained the situation to her and she was so helpful in getting the product and allowing us to pay for it over the phone and have it ready at the customer service desk for our friends daughter to pick up for us!!! Thank you Jen for your amazing customer service skills!!
Store has a crowded feel, it's really overwhelming.
To my surprise this place doesn't have the best selection. Also, higher priced items that don't seem to be worth it.

Always cramped by small isles and overwhelming crap, but you can come across a good deal.
