Wow! so hard to find any help in this store. Took me longer to find an open register than it did to find my clothes. Then once I did check out, I found out that the sale listed on my merchandise was not valid. Get it together Macy's.
Overpriced "designer" department store. Does have decent prices during sales though.
Great customer service but understaffed. There are constant sales keeping it affordable to anyone. (Probably to the dismay of the snobbish).
West acres has everything you could want in a mall. Also love taking it easy and just observe the people.
Kitty Berg was very rude and condensing when I went in today to ask about their sales they had going on for back to school. I just had a simple question and she made it a big point to make sure that i felt furrier to her and tried to get be to buy clothes that were not even my size or style. She was also making rude comments towards the macy's company and other coworkers, not sure why she still goes in to work if she hates it so much.
