I walked around the jewelry counter Twice over a ten minute period before being greeted by an employee. When I described what piece I was looking for she gave me a blank stare and said she was not familiar with the necklace. After some prompting she asked if she should look it up! Wow what an idea, actually assisting someone who obviously wants to make a purchase. No employee would be less frustrating than an indifferent employee.
I had a terrible experience at Kohl's today. A clerk refused to wait on me at the jewelry counter. No, she wasn't busy with other customers. I was the only one at the counter.
Long lines whenever I go in here. Not sue if they are simply understaffed or just in able to handle the volume.
