I get take-out from here more often than I would like to admit... I love their Family-Style Tofu, but I know all their signature Chinese dishes are incredible as well. The staff at this restaurant is very social, professional, and helpful, and the interior is very comfortable. If you are looking for good Chinese in Fargo, this is your place!
Ordered take out. Food smelled delicious. First bite of my beef egg foo young there is a long medium brown hair that I pulled out of my mouth. Called back and let them know, they said they could remake it. Having just pulled out someones hair from my mouth I told them I had lost my appetite and I was good. They offered their apologies, and nothing more. Thanks for trying - but spending 65 dollars on take out and finding a long strand of human hair cooked into my food assures me this place is both unsanitary and very lacking in customer service. Such a shame too, considering the food looked good, but I'm not about to consume mystery food that may or may not possibly have more hair in it. So I'm basically out 65 dollars. Thanks Shang Hai, fantastic job.
Horrible!!!! After nearly two hours of waiting for a delivery, I cancelled my order. I called to cancel my order and no one answered. Second time I called the girl answered by just saying hello(must have known I wasn't very happy). Also, there was no apology, no I'm sorry for the wait, or maybe we can cut your order in half, nothing at all. Very poorly managed restaurant. Girl answering the phone sounded four years old with zero people skills. Things would need to change if I wanted to give this place a try again. Would give a zero star but wasn't an option. Don't advertise delivery if you can't get your order out in a timely manner.
Pleasantly Surprised. I got the hunan beef because it was about the closest I could get to a spicy Mongolian beef (since my old favorite restaurant closed down). The meat itself was so-so but I was blown away by how flavorful all the vegetables were in it. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
Extremely friendly staff and great food! Our group of 5 showed up 15 minutes after lunch buffet had ended and they opened it back up just for us. Best of all it was really good and cheap as well!
