Rude staff, disappointing food. I've given this place multiple chances, always been a let down. Seems like if the staff is having a bad day, they mess with your food. Management must not be very present or this wouldn't be an issue.
Best "fast food" sandwich I ever had.
Absolutely loved it. Good portion size and meat was cooked well. Great flavours and good options for sides and extras. Was nice to see something different available at the truck stop.
I've been putting this place off because my heart belongs to another Philly cheese steak joint... today I learned my heart has room for two. I was honestly surprised with how good it actually was. Even if it wasn't attached to a truck stop, this place is really tasty.
If this is the kind of sub their employees will send out to paying customers, I can only imagine what other kind of things they've done to their food.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This is a picture of the "California" sub I received from Charley's via Food Dudes on August 8th. Disgusting is putting it lightly, inedible is more like it. I went in to speak with the manger the following morning, but he was conveniently out of town. Not even worth my time to pursue a refund.
Quick and friendly service and I will definitely totally be back again.
