When we got our food, my girlfriend's sandwich was cold and undercooked. When she tried to exchange it the people in the back laughed and mocked her. We were completely pissed at that point and left. We'll never go back. Horrible, horrible experience. They need to get rid of the people working there.
Ham n cheese was cold and barely any cheese. My son ordered a cheese burger with no catsup or mustard, so of course it came loaded with it and no lettuce, tomato or onion either. We are down the road so maybe he can eat at our next stop. More bad fast food. I expected better from Hardee's.
The store was empty the Sunday afternoon we went there yet it took a good five minutes before any one noticed us standing at the counter. The order taker was completely incompetent and didn't seem to understand what we wanted to order as we had to explain it to her.
Decent place for fast food. Hearty comfort food. Front counter was recently remodeled and looks really nice. The kitchen could use some visual updates
I went in for some food along my trek down to Nebraska. The place was nice and clean with the cashier ready to take an order. The cashier made some suggestions since I hadn't been there in a long time. As I was leaving with my To Go order I noticed that they had milkshakes! I asked them if I could get my drink replaced with a chocolate malted milkshake and they looked at the manager of whom was walking by. He said sure and they got me the milkshake and when I asked how much the substitute was they just told me to have a great day!
Ate at Hardees for the first time in years the other day. Why the hell are there more McDonalds and Burger Kings than Hardees? Its so much better!!!!
TLDR: Clean place. Great staff. Great milkshakes!
