I am currently writing this review as I physically sit inside on one of the booth from this Chuck E Cheese. As My wife and I walked in with our two daughters we were immediately greeted by an employee named Jamie. She was very VERY VERY polite and extremely nice. She made us feel so welcoming and made my daughters so happy. One of my daughters turns 3 today and she gave us an AWESOME deal! She went above and beyond her normal employee duties to make us feel special on this special day for our youngest daughter. If someone reads this from Management I believe she should be recognized for her outstanding work ethic and positive attitude which is exactly what a place like this needs. Thank you so much Jamie!
We had a great time. The kids loved it, especially meeting Chuckie. If the band would have played, they would have gotten the fifth star.
We had so much fun--children teens and adults included. Some machines at coins, but manager happily reimbursed without question with interest. Pizza was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Clean and prompt service. Good number of games. Kids were entertained and so were is adults. Pizza was good.
The quality of your experience here is based completely on the employees working at the time. My review is 5 stars because I got lucky the last time I visited and got a shift that was positive and did an excellent job. The place is a arcade and Pizza shop which the experience varies depending on expectations and staff.
