Service can be a little slow but once you reach the counter, first class service will meet you.
So I had the steak and the steak was pink and not even like a medium rare pink but the actual color of the meat was pink and then I also got chips with guacamole and the chips were stale and had a huge piece of black hair in it and I know it wasn’t mine cause I have a short Afro. Never going to this location ever again.
Really loved the place. Been going there nonstop as a loyal customer with my partner and the last three times customer service has been terrible. No forks available. No tortillas left. Scraping rice from the pan when I asked if I could just get it freshed since there really wasnt any left. An employee without making sure just said there was no cheese left and the tiny little bit that was left needed to be shared with other customers. She probably thought she could just give 5 strings of cheese to everyone. So I payed for a meal that was not satisfied. All the lady kept saying was that we came in too late to the restaurant. We came in at 8:30pm. After like 5 minutes fresh cheese was put on-site. No great customer service about the lady that took care of my food. That restaurant just needs to hire better fit employees. Customer service was the one thing that kept me coming back to them. I can just easily make that food at home. Just really used to enjoy the environment how it used to be with their old nice, enjoyable, and more organized employees.
Food was amazing.... staff service well again food was great.
Slowest service ever at this location. They're always scraping the bottom for the last little bit of things. Yes, that means they're busy but they should be staffed to accommodate and keep up with demand. Waited about 30 minutes for a bowl the last time I visited. The food is always good but you definitely cannot go there if you're in any kind of a hurry.
