I've always been a fan of Chili's here in Fargo, but their service has slowly declined until finally in my opinion they've hit rock bottom.. not only has actually getting a table taken forever, but not even being greeted by a server after sitting there for 10+ minutes is unbelievable. Looking around no one even attempted to say hi or get us drinks or just give us the time of day. I wouldn't recommend this place if you actually want to enjoy your experience. The food isn't worth the wait.
Food was great. Best Chili's we have been at in the Midwest. Polite people
I was disappointed with my to go order because my Cajun Chicken Alfredo was about three fourths the size of what it is when I order in the restaurant but it was the same price. If it was a few dollars less I wouldn't be complaining about the food size.
I ordered chicken. It was underdone. Service was very good.
We visited the Chili's last night inside the west acres mall around 6:30 PM with a party of 10 for a family member's birthday dinner . We were understanding of the 15 minute wait as we realize there are 10 people in our party and tables needed to be put together no big deal. However we did wait awhile for a server to come and take our drink order but appetizers came out on time everything looked good until all of our main entrées came out. Some entrees were missing all together and my food was given to someone else in our party who didn't realize it wasn't hers and started to eat it and then when she realized it wasn't hers the waitress try to give it back to me. She then finally asked if I wanted a new one made
