I love Spicy Pie, the food is fantastic! This is a great place to get food with some friends after a concert or a game. The atmosphere is good and usually family friendly. The food comes out in a timely fashion, so there is never too long of a wait unless it's busy. I'd say pricing is low to mid range as well which is good. A group of friends can easily share one of their large pies and a side of some sort. My favorite menu item is the bread bites!

I live near this location and have repeatedly tried to give it a chance, but I won't eat here anymore. The food is just not made well and delivery is bad. Last order was crushed to the point the subs we're completely flattened and therefore soggy. Boneless wings are just deep-fried chicken cubes with no breading. Most of the pizza toppings taste off and the pizza is frequently undercooked.
I also had emailed the owner in response to the comment on my initial review (see below) about wanting to make things right. It's been a couple of weeks & I've yet to hear back. I can only conclude that not only are the employees incapable of performing a fairly simple job (I worked at a pizza place once upon a time), but the owners are aware & don't care. Because of all of this I must say this is one of the worst food places I've ever been to & that's unfortunate because the pizza is very good if they can make it correctly.
Edit. I decided to give Spicy Pie another try after my bad experience. I offered & paid online & my girlfriend stopped to pick up the pizza on her way home. Apparently she was sharing the story about our last order not having sauce or cheese. The employee checked our pies before she turned them over & the pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni on it! One topping & they couldn't get that right!
Pizza that comes without sauce or cheese? If you want these items on it make sure you request it or you won't get it. That's what happened to me when ordering a choose your own toppings. I thought those two things were a given on pizza.
Tonight's experience was good although we've had slow service in the past. Enjoyed The Spicy Pie - it wasn't as spicy as the write up would lead you to believe and had good flavor. I also have a big sweet tooth, so enjoyed a dessert knot with cream cheese after pizza.
I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with all the extra stuff and waited about 50 minuets for it to be delivered. When we got it, the chicken was a weird color and not at all what the menu describes. I honestly thought it was ham or something. I called asking what was on my pizza, the manager informed me that it’s smoked chicken. I am not a person to complain at all but it changed the taste of the whole pizza, and not in a good way. He was very rude with no apologies and reacted as though I was being ridiculous for not knowing what I had in my pizza. He informed me that they could replace the pizza (another 40+ min wait) but we would have to return the pizza we waited for “to examine it”. I would of been ok to do so but the attitude from him was so off putting I just kept the original pizza. I paid 30 dollars to get some weird food and be treated badly, I won’t be ordering from here ever again.
