Ordered pizza on a Friday at 12:56 am and no one answered the phone
I ordered a pizza online and it was before 10:00pm (which is when carry out ends) in fact is was before 9:40. When I finished ordering the pizza it said it would be ready at 11am the next day. So I called and the guy who answered the phone asked if I would like carryout or delivery and I explained that I ordered online and something had gone wrong because it wouldn't be ready until the next day. He gave the phone to Casey the manager and he said that he couldn't refund me until tomorrow and I won't get the pizza. Then preceeded to hang up on me. Ridiculous! All I wanted was my two 2 topping pizza tonight.
Always great food, but terrible delivery times. The last couple of times my fiance and I ordered from this location we were quoted about 30 minute delivery times and didn't actually receive the order for about an hour or more.
Worst store around town. Rude and horrible customer service. The management doesn't even know how to deal with customer complaints. Food is always super late and cold and when you put in request for the driver they say they don't even read it. So what's the point of that!? I will not be wasting my money here ever again. This store is a disgrace to Papa John's.
Very little toppings . Thin crust too well done. Not good.
