Manager needs to step up. These guys are the worst! Order was wrong and cold when I ordered online.. they didn’t get my extra cheese or extra sause. The call center in Kansas credited me for the cold pizza but not the cold breadsticks. The second time I decided to call them hoping they would get it right... the guy on the phone, mid-order, asked me to hold, and set the phone down... I heard him pick up the other phone asking him to hold, but it was his friend, so he picked my phone back up and asked me to hold again... then proceeded to hang up on me. I don’t trust these guys to make a pizza if they can’t take a call. The owner or manager needs to step in and actually train their staff.
I would give negative if allowed. Pizza was not correct. I waited more than one hour and twenty mins for the correct one and I got nothing, so I drive to the store with the incorrect pizza. I'm like hey sir this is not what i ordered. He's like what do you want after a min or two, he said you'll be refund in 2-3 business days then threw away the pizza without a sorry. Never ever order pizza at this store!!!
Wish there was an option for less than one star. Pizza and breadsticks were warm at best. Order wasn't correct. Will never order from this store again and recommend that others choose any other option than this one.
We ordered 2 1/2 hours ago and just talked with someone again for the third time to be told that our pizza hadn't even been made yet and no estimated time for it to be done, this after being told it was out for delivery 40 minutes ago. Still no pizza and no apology either. We will not be ordering from here again.
