I tried to get a pizza using the 50% off online special and when they showed up for delivery it was not applied so instead of disputing with the delivery driver as I know he wasn't going to do anything I called the 32nd ave Fargo location manager to complain about them possibly pocketing money be denying discounts. After talking with him he said he would "credit" a pizza to my account.(adding it to my phone number) Two weeks later I tried to redeem the "credit" just to find that he was never added. So the manager lied to me just to get me off the phone and make me happy so i would not call him out on swindling customers.... It's fraud and illegal what he did, and I would love to SUE him or the company but it really isn't worth my time so instead I would like to inform others and shed light on the lying SOB that I called that day as to get him fired or put under a review by the company. I do have the order number and I did the log call so if anyone would like to know more, please get in touch with me. Thanks very much and I hope people will read this before thinking about using this location.
always have friendly staff, food comes in a timely manner, the only thing is that sometimes if you order more than 1 sauce they're likely to forget if not 1, both. I also love the app!
just took advantage of the 50% coupons deal. My pizzas were well done , juicy as I like them , veggies roasted to perfections and the whole well seasoned. Crust was great . Delivery was done on time and delivery guy was professional and courteous. So , great experience
The guy who delivered at night is rude, I have had him a couple times and he doesn't smile or carry a conversation.. Antisocial and customer service doesn't go well together!
The delivery person was rude and argumentative. When we called the store to complain the manager didn't seem he really knew how to manage either. I usually order most of my pizza from here but I'm unlikely to return business now...
