Great customer service. JD had all the time for me in helping me get my wife her ring customized just the way she wanted it. She loved it to the max and thanks to Riddles.
I enjoyed my experience at Riddles and Abby is the best! I had a ring in mind and when I showed her a picture she sold me one that my new fiancé loves. When she found out I got it at Riddles she lit up with a smile and she said that was one of her favorite places.
I don't know how competative they are price-wise, but have some of the best customer service. I have gotten all of my rings from here, including my wedding set, and have been every bit satified. They have been helpful with every question, and are always professional and curteous. I would recommend to anyone that they visit here!

Becky at Riddles is Awesome, Awesome! She made it so I can wear my deceased parents first wedding set instead of just having them sit in a box. My Mom's ring looks so amazing and she made my Dad's ring into a necklace! Am so Amazed and happy at how awesome they turned out! And then my Husband had her add onto my wedding band and it looks like it was bought as one and not added on - love, love, love all 3! Would recommend going there to have custom work done!!!
