I had my engagement ring appraised here and they went above and beyond! They got my ring back to me sooner than I anticipated and it was sparkly clean. There were some concerns with the ring (not purchased from Classic Jewelers) and they explained it all in detail, allowed me to look at it through the microscope, and printed a document for me to take to the jeweler explaining the problems. And they were all so NICE and fun to talk to. I would and WILL recommend Classic Jewelers to anyone!
Great for engraving but avoid for watch repair as they ship it out and the gentleman they send it to takes weeks to return it even when you decline to have it fixed through them. Basically, they sent my watch out and I received a prompt quote on cost to repair. I then declined the service and asked for my watch back. Two weeks later and my watch is still not back and when I call they state that they "need to call our repair man and make sure that it has been mailed. We'll call you first thing tomorrow". The next day I call in after no phone call received and they say that "the guy mailed it it should be in by Friday", which is another 2 days out. We'll see if I get it back by next week.
My puppy chewed on my diamond earrings so I brought them in for repair. I was very impressed by their staff! They were so kind and personable and they repaired my jewelry on the spot! My boyfriend and I have been searching for an engagement ring and didn’t know where to shop but now I feel confident in where to go!
