Ben is great help! We've been in several times just pricing furniture and Ben was so helpful answering all our questions. We recently bought a kitchen table and sectional from Unclaimed Freight Furniture for a great price and excellent quality.
Travis was our salesperson, and he was very helpful and professional. My wife and I are quick to make decisions on what we want. so there wasn't a lot of selling Travis had to do with us. However, he introduced himself right after we entered the store, led us to what we were looking for, gave us a few minutes to browse, and once we had decided what we wanted, (which didn't take long), he was right back to helping us. He gave us an idea of what the total price would be for what we were looking to purchase, and not only were the final calculations very close to his rough total, the final total actually ended up being LESS than his calculations. He was very quick and efficient with the whole process, and we were in and out of the store within an hour. I would highly recommend this place of business for any furniture purchases, and I would even more highly recommend dealing with Travis. Good quality furniture at very resonable cost, and a friendly, helpful, efficient staff!
The prices were good. Service however needs improvement. We walked in and started looking around. We were right by a worker and he looked at us and looked at the man behind us and proceeded to ask the man behind us if he needed help instead of us. Looking around no one wanted or even came around us to help us. I was about to tell my husband that we should leave when JERRY came and was being super nice and was extremely helpful. We ended up buying the bed only because of Jerry and the awesome sale they had going on.
Benjamin was fantastic! We went back and forth and changed our minds at all parts of the sale and even left and came back with a totally different idea and he was patient and answered all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about each piece of furniture and was so wonderful to work with. Even when we dropped our price point down by half, he was still very attentive and understanding. And we got some amazing furniture for an amazing deal. We were at a couple other furniture stores and our experience here was by far much better!
When entering the store we were greeted promptly by Eric! He explained the sales and wasn’t pushy. He gave us our time but when we needed advice or help he was right there to answer our questions!!!
Our experience was AWESOME and we will for surely be shopping there again.

We will probably go there again only when jerry is working. The place seemed nice it was huge but they need to train their employees that all different type of people go in there wanting to buy stuff and when they act how the man acted with us it definitely makes not only them look bad but the company as a whole. Jerry was great I give him a 5 star review but for everything else. I give them a 2.
