We have made several purchases at our local HOM store, and in each instance, the staff has been an excellent source of information. When we financed one of the purchases, the process was simple and quick to arrange. Every item has been delivered in pristine condition. All told, it has been a wonderful experience each time! For the price, we felt Hom offered the best quality and selection. Plus, delivery (80 miles) away is very reasonable - $100.
As a long time customer of this store, I can say the service is consistently exceptional. The sales team is helpful but not "stalking" you through the store. The "desk" and warehouse teams are both incredible. And when I've had to return an item, the management has been supportive and flexible. And once, when a repair was needed, they sent someone to my house, and ended up replacing the piece with a new one. Amazing! This store has been my "go to" store since they opened way back when--and will continue to be. They've earned it!

We recently purchased a bed and like always had a great experience however, our order wasn't correct. We had to go back to the store and get it corrected, which ended up costing us much more money in the end to get what we originally thought was already added. An awesome associate named Sheila took care of us both times we were there and did a remarkable job and even got our delivery changed from 3 weeks to a couple days. Her customer service towards us and others was outstanding and she even came in on her day off to help. We thank you kindly Sheila!
