Beware of this dealership. I bought a car a couple months ago and literally got SCAMMED. I bought a car for $30k and then they post the SAME exact model with VERY similar miles a couple months later for 6k less than what I bought mine for! I’ve called multiple times to speak with the sales rep, Bob. I thoroughly explained to him that I am not happy with the car I purchased and would like to trade it in. He rushed me off the phone and told me they did not have a car in inventory I would like but he would “call back.” After not receiving a call back- I called again to speak to a sales manager. I explained the situation In which he “fully understood my frustration and concerns & would try to resolve the situation and get back to me.” It’s been three weeks and I have yet to receive a call EVEN THOUGH I was still willing to buy again from valley pre-owned. DO NOT ENTER INTO A DEAL WITH THESE KIND OF PEOPLE!
