Zach the salesman we worked with was helpful but not overbearing, We mentioned we had researched their stock online and had an Idea of what we wanted to look at already and went straight to checking them out.
My wife, my son and I went to their service center yesterday for car service. Our service advisor Jeff Ackling did a great job. He accommodated us very well. My son didn’t got bored as they have play area for kids. They have pantry as well, where you can have a free coffee and cookies. Thank you.
After several test drives between me and my wife and a day to think it over we picked up a used Highlander which by the way was priced well under fair market value which seems to be a trend when you look at vehicles on their website, KBB or Cargurus.
I took my Nissan Xterra for an oil change. Not even a half hour after having the oil changed the car broke down. Nissan had it towed back to them and discovered debris "magically" got in the master air flow sensor which happens to be located right next to the air filter. Per their checklist of my vehicle inspection they inspected the air filter which is not hard to believe debris could have accidentally fell into the airflow sensor during the inspection. But the service director tried playing stupid saying its not possible for that to happen. I spoke to another Nissan dealership which confirms they've seen this happen before and were surprised this dealership still charged me $37 to have it towed. I will never do business with this dealership again or buy another car from them.

I have to say we were happy with just getting a great deal but the customer service is more than noteworthy.
I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and I have to say that going to Gateway is a completely different experience.
The most remarkable thing happened after the purchase, we had a tow package included and needed it put on before our vacation at the end of the week, Zach found a place with the part in stock and even stopped at my house to pickup the vehicle and take it in to get installed.
My Nissan Rogue only has 15k miles on it and died 3 times in the last two days. I took it in to the service center with no appointment and in a hurry because I was leaving town the next day... they got me in right away, were super polite and joked around with me, and fixed my vehicle and updated two recalls for me! They were efficient and it only took an hour and a half with lots of people in the lobby waiting. I was very pleased with the service for the best vehicle I have ever had!
Our experience with Gateway Nissan was fantastic. Our salesman Alan Drewes was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find a car that we wanted. Sales Managers and Finance are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Did I mention they have an area for kids to hang out while you test drive or have your vehicle serviced, or that there's cookies, hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffee and bottled water to enjoy while you wait.
