Chris, Jeremy, and the whole team are awesome to work with. I have always despised buying vehicles, but they made it quick and easy. I told Chris what I wanted, and what I wanted to spend. I was educated, and feel good about my decision. Everything was done with tact, and every person involved in the process was efficient and timely. When I came in to pick up my car, paperwork was ready to be signed, I was educated on how to use all the gadgets, the app, and Chris even moved, and secured my daughter's carseat! True service! My father-in-law needed to acquire a handicap accessible van because of their physical mobility challenges. We found a van that had all the features the needed at a dealer in eastern Minnesota. Prior to contacting that dealer we went to Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, which does not sell this type of van, to see if they could handle the purchase transaction for us. The Gateway Chevrolet folks said that they would be pleased to handle the price negotiations, paperwork, etc. and assigned a sales person to assist us. Really, they handled the entire transaction in a swift, courteous and thorough manner. The price negotiations took just a few minutes, and they saved us over $4000 from the original asking price, the other dealer said it was his BEST dealer to dealer price! I can literally say they save me about $1000 a minute. Gateway Chevrolet management really fosters a can-do, will do environment for the buyer. Enjoyable to do business with.
Had a pretty good experience, I did feel like they were very pushy trying to get me into a brand new vehicle versus a used car. They told me at used car will not work for my situation, but that's what we ended up getting and it seemed to work just fine. If I need another car I may still consider them.
