I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 from Valley Imports last year. Still in excellent condition with low miles, I decided to trade my vehicle and that's when I met with Greg Wicken from Valley Imports. He valued my Q5 at a considerably lower option Q5, which just so happened to cost significantly less than what the popular 'Kelley Blue Book' and 'NADA' valued the vehicle at. When this was brought to his attention, he dismissed them as not being "current". Yet, they have a sign on their door "NADA member". Crooked salesman sure rings true with this dealership. I brought my Audi to a different dealership, who offered me $9,000 over what Valley Imports did. They were also right on par with Kelley Blue Book & NADA. I was so pleased that I ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle from them! I will tell anyone and everyone how awful I was treated by Valley Imports.

The service in in place is so bad First time I do maintain right here they forgot to put ac cover back and said "good to go " wow!! Second time I check engine light after that I refused to repair something Cause they give me a so high price! And the service director said "u good to go " but not really! They forget to set hood cover back again!its under the car! When I drive my car it make noises!third time I go to check my battery and she did not ask me anything just said "u need pay seventy dollar something for the checking fee.but a good guy remind her it's under warranty so she felt shock and said "oh u don't need pay now "what heal is this servey .they know how to let u pay more money but they don't know about service!This director she doesn't now anything!this is a worst audi service I"ve ever seen
Took my car for a check up, immediately after checking the vin#, Brian (service tech) stated that there was a recall on Ignition Spark Plug Coils on my Audi. After the check up and maintenance, when I came to pick up the vehicle the story on Ignition Coils recall changed to "we could not perform the recall due to over 100k miles on the vehicle" Brian stated, "But your coils looked and perform just fine".
Here's the part that shocked me...
First of all, I cannot understand bad reviews here (if there are service related reviews, I do not have idea since I haven't gotten any car of mine serviced here).
Integrity of Valley Imports equals 0.

However, Audi Fargo staffs are really awesome. I cancelled my 2018 S4 Prestige order but the service I had until I cancel the order was really great. Erik and Kristen were staffs that helped me. I firstly wanted 2017 A4 Allroad from another dealer. They appraised pretty good price on my 2012 Civic Si. Unfortunately, I could not get the A4 Avant because it was already sold to someone else in the other dealership. They tried to find me the similar vehicle as best as they could. However, I got frustrated finding one and decided to order S4. They were very helpful. They updated me with all the updates on order as soon as they could everytime and they responded on my questions almost on that day if they could. I am a picky customer so I had lots of questions but they were really happy to help me with those. I, unfortunately, had to cancel my order and they understood me and refunded my deposit with ease. I would love to do business with them again next time. I really recommend Erik as a sales person.
After a few months we ran a Car Fax on this Audi. What we found was beyond our expectations. On the Car Fax record, Valley Imports stated that they HAVE CHANGED THE COILS on our vehicle.
