Their service department is also excellent, friendly, professional, and always willing to do that little extra to make sure your experience is a good one. I would highly recommend them.
As car dealerships go, this is one of the good ones. No high pressure sales techniques or gimmicks, just a group of people who know their cars and are happy to help you with anything you need to know about them or sell one to you if that's what you're looking for.

The absolute best staff I've ever had the pleasure to work with. My wife and I spent a couple weeks test driving crossovers and working with all different kinds of sales staff and last night we stopped by Lunde, worked with a guy named Adam Huss, and left with a 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. They work with your financing to fit your budget, and do not push anything on you. They will be getting our business for our next car purchase as well.
I wouldn't give 1 star but you can't post without it. I bought a great car from a great salesman but the service department is awful. I got a solid quote but was charged 22% over and explained as "oh well" by everyone contacted to voice my complaint. I would go anywhere but here for service of any kind or EXPECT an additional charge.
It may be a good idea to ask your service department to try a little harder at helping people with old cars. I called with a question regarding a starting issue on an old Mazda Protege 5 that I purchased new at your dealer. I needed less than 5 minutes of phone time to help diagnose the issue. My primary vehicle is also down right now so I'll likely be car shopping again. In this case, investing a small amount of time into my call could have been beneficial for both myself and your dealer.
