Clean, secure storage units. They supply pallets to keep your stuff off the concrete.
Awful customer service. Pick any other storage facility, they will help you, this one will not. I had a lock on my door one day past my due date and they charged another month, no attempt to contact me or just remove it. They charged a whole month. Would never recommend.
Unit was clean and secure. Management was very rude upon termination of rental agreement. The manager scolded us for cutting our OWN lock, because we had lost the key, and claimed we still owed them another months rent, when she was the customer service representative that took our 30-day notice, and our last month's rent. Fyi for other renters, the pallets are not pest free. Definitely would not recommend this storage facility.
