Ok service kind of spendy
Came for an estimate after and accident. So far the customer service has been incredible. They reached out to me to let me know when I could come in and we're very flexible on timing to swing by for an estimate. Estimator was thorough and found things I didn't even notice. Great experience with Quality Auto!
They were very nice and accommodating, loved the customer service! They left me a very cute candy bag in my car when I picked up my car, I enjoyed their business. I would definitely reccomend my family and friends to come here, very satisfied! Thank you Nancy, Mike and John for all your help!
Idk if they could have done a worse job. The 2nd time it had to go back they didn't even hook my battery back up so it wouldn't start when I was out running errands. Now it's going back for the 4th time. I am so unimpressed. Hopefully they give me my deductible back for my time and energy because 9 months later I'm still dealing with the mess they left. Poor work and they put poor quality products in your engine. I think it's insurance fraud really.
Brought my car in for repairs only to come back to get it and find out the battery is completely dead couldn't even been jump started, after replacing the battery we found out that a door had been left open after seeing the light in the car was still on. Not only is this completely unacceptable but after calling to let them know the receptionist let us know it was our fault that they completely killed our car battery.
