Very poor customer service. Driver called to find out where we were. Told him we are West bound on I-94 at mile marker 10. Dont get any better for instructions than that. He said he could find us. He called in and canceled the call without calling us back for instructions on where we were or telling us they weren't coming. We have towing through my warranty and I-29 did not even call the people that hired them to ask questions and that they canceled the call. Waited 1-1/2 hours along side interstate and no help.
I called when my car had a flat in traffic. They showed up immediately. They called me shortly after with a price quote that was very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. They made my horrible day better!
Nate & Mike are awesome. I 29 did a great job and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them for your auto repair.
