Mikes Southside is the best! Never a disappointment with service. Mike always gets our vehicle in and serviced quickly so that we are never without a car for long. Mike doesn't price gouge either. He my 2010 Ford Taurus here for some regular service. Setting up an appointment was pretty easy and was able to get one within a few days, prices were about what I expected and the car did perform a little better after the service.
I am from out of town and required service quickly so I found Mike's Southside near me. I drove in and was greeted right away and treated with respect. I explained my situation and they were able to help in a timely manner. The owner and staff were professional and always had a smile. Last but not least the price was very reasonable.
We brought our car in to have a tire repaired yesterday and it was quick, easy, and professional. We are fairly new to the FM area and we didn't have an a place that we could bring our car to with out fear of getting screwed over, I think we may have found our place!
Do not bring your vehicle here for any service. I brought my vehicle here for a repair and a week or two later something else was needed to be repaired, so I took it back there. This happened about 3 times before I realize something's not right with this place. So I started asking around from friends and co-workers and the feedback was not good. I don't normally post reviews but this needs to be known. All I can advise, do not bring your vehicle to Mike's Southside.
