It is disappointing how this event was handled and this extends to all the partners in this event; Scheels Arena, UND & especially the NCAA.
I got hung up on, twice.
Not much better than Ticketmaster. I went to the actual ticket booth in downtown Fargo to purchase tickets to a concert I wanted to go to. I figured if I went there I wouldn't have to pay the convenience fee, being that going downtown to a physical location is rarely convenient. Not only did I have to pay the fees, but I had to wait 10 mins for the guy to finish printing out his batch of tickets. I came in on my lunch break to get the tickets and ended up being late getting back due to having to wait. If you live in the FM area I would suggest buying them directly from the venue to avoid the fees. How is it a convenience to have to go to the physical location?
This doesn't make me want to call ever again.

It became clear today that Tickets 300 & Scheels Arena made little or no attempt to prevent spam bots from purchasing tickets. Most likely 1200-1500 tickets were available and selling those out in seconds is inexcusable.
