Nordic Needle is the first place I turn to when I need needlework supplies. I could make the hour or so drive to Dallas, but going online to the Nordic Needle website is so much easier and just as much fun. The site is very easy to use and orders are promptly processed and delivered. Whenever I have had questions, I have called their 1-800 number. A courteous and extremely helpful person has always been on the other end of the line. I have found their newsletter to be very helpful, as well, and have saved several because of the great "This Week Let's" section that they contain. Nordic Needle is one big reason that I am able to continue stitching!
I love Nordic Needle and its cheerful, friendly, and efficient staff. Their selection is huge, especially for support items that sound like gadgets until you try them, and wonder how you lived without them. Prices are very good also on their unusual and high end stock. I love the thoughtful use of packing materials which is characteristic of the common sense attitude. The website is very enticing, as well as educational and I subscribe to both newsletters. All I wanted for Christmas last year was a Broderi Box subscription and I have loved having my monthly Nordic Needle visit. I was not surprised to learn that they have been Small Business of the year more than once.
