Has a lot of fun stuff and is just like any other spencers. Was a bit disappointed in the service though. I waited 20 mins to get piercings and even sought out to look for someone. They said they'd be right with me. I continued waiting and they ended up helping someone that just got there and then continued to ignore me!!! I'm usually a patient and understanding person but i was a bit flustered and decided to go to hot topic. I went back just because i wanted to use the buy one get one free card i needed to use. Wont be back for awhile.

Worst customer service i have ever had, will never go to the store again. I had a manager check me out before I paid for my purchase i asked her directly if I could return. manager replied yes as long as you use a card and have ur receipt. went to return 5days later and all i can get is store credit because i was a day late on a christmas item which did say that on the receipt but i feel the manager lied to me to get me to purchase an item. This is complete terrible management. I am a true believer in taking care of your customers this store has no customer service.
