If you love your pet, I'm sure everyone does and wants the best for them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! I try to take away this star but it wouldn't allow me. I don't like writing reviews unless I am just blown away by the service or disgusted and this time, I'm disgusted. I feel terrible putting my babies through such a terrible ordeal. I agree with the other reviews that these people are incompetent to the max. Terrible job shaving no water for dogs after being there for 3 plus hours. When I called and asked, manager, he had the audacity to tell me most dogs don't drink their water. Well then you have to figure out what's the problem. I didn't believe him of course, if a dog is thirsty, they will drink water if offered. We will never return to this place and let everyone know to stay away. I'm so pissed of its ridiculous. Terrible place just in it for monetary reasons and don't truly care about other people's pets. Terrible! !/
Did a wonderful job grooming my 2 dogs. And completed a cpl hours sooner than quoted. Didnt charge extra for watching them until i could arrive.
Very friendly. My dog Skye came out looking like a show dog. Two thumbs up.
I have 2 dogs, traveling so needed a groomer. Very disappointed in her work. Can hardly tell they were groomed. Won't go back their.
I m writing in response to the last customers experience, I own Shaggys and nothing can be further then the truth of why I'm in this business , we at Shaggy's strive to take care of each and every pet that comes thru the doors, and if a customer was unsatisfied I get down to the bottom of it right away and truly care of customer satisfaction. As for water to the pets, yes it is offered and contrary to your belief not every pet drinks when offered, but they are watched out for as it was out own pet.
