These guys are great!! Had a wood burning stove pipe rust off and fall from my roof in January..i called at least 10 roofers to come cap it. 25 below an icey...they were the only ones that helped me..as they repaired it I had them quote a new roof.. now as close to 4 months later called about getting it done..their prices had gone up but they honered my original quote.. there team of roofers arrived an in 2 days had old roof gone..new plywood installed on entire roof an shingled with all traces cleaned up like k ow one was here..i have never worked with a better contractor than this..they did above quality work at a vary fair price..5 star for. Me!!
I didn't trust walking out on the old roof, now I would sit out there whenever its nice and sunny and not have any worries about whether it was safe to do so. I would highly recommend J&J Repairs & Roofing to anyone who needs work done on their house. Any kind of roofing repair is expensive, so you might as well have the guys who do the best work! I seriously can not say enough good things about these guys!!
Not only were they willing to complete all the additional things within two days, but they were helpful, accommodating, and had a good attitude the whole time!
We were in need of a complete overhaul on the flat roof over an addition on our house. We knew that it was going to be on the pricier side (>$5K for sure) so we called around to a bunch of places. J&J were mid-range on the price, but were willing to do so much more for us! Some places just wanted to rip off the rubber and relay new stuff and call it done. J&J were willing to replace all the structural plywood, replace rotted soffit, replace gutters, replace the patio door to the flat roof, AND lay the new rubber, still at less than what the other companies were charging!
