Jon showed up on time. Was ready to address the issue with the boiler, was very good in how he explained what he had found and what was done to fix the issue. He told me what he also found and adjustments that were made. Very thing was done quickly, done with no unanswered questions, and everything was clean when he left.
From my initial call to set an appointment, all the way to the final cleanup by Ben, I could not be more pleased! Andi was professional and personable scheduling my appointment. I was able to stay at work until Carrie called to let me know a plumber was available. I appreciate not having to waste time waiting for a plumber to show up at my house! Ben was efficient and thorough. He reviewed my options, and gave me his opinion, explaining why he would do it that way. The repair was completed on time and exactly as quoted. I have used Laney's for both plumbing and HVAC, and will call them in the future!
Joe was quite professional and really took the time to answer our questions and do a thorough job. He made sure the job was done right, and the actual cost didn't go beyond what he'd estimated. He also cleaned up the job, unlike some other "professionals" we've worked with recently. I am again pleased with Laney's and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
I had Matt H. from Laney's out for my annual furnace checkup. Service was great as usual. I had some extra questions about life spans of some of the equipment and he had some great information to share. I got the call to expect him around 8:30am and he arrived on time! In and out within 1hr for simple filters replacements and furnace inspection.
In full disclosure, I work for Laney's in the Service Department. However, I just had some work done at my house by the Retail Installation Department and I want to share my experience...We recently had our electric furnace replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace and our old air conditioner replaced. Dustin, Anthony, and Ian were great. The job was not the easiest to complete due to space limitations and access issues. They did an awesome job. Everything was completed in one day. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the work area to look better than before they started. Wonderful job guys, thank you very much!
