We had our heating/cooling and dryer vents cleaned by Home Heating and Plumbing. They did excellent work, as we got to see the before and after pictures! Both techs were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend and will use again.
Both individuals I spoke with when I spoke to service staff were very helpful and friendly, even when I was calling back to see where I was on the list (many heating calls that day). I'm sure they get this a lot but they were so patient. And Ryan was Also Awesome. Very helpful, gave me options for service and also suggestions that will help us in the future. For having an older house with a broiler system and radiators, it's really comforting to know that I can call this company with people who are willing to explain things AND know what they are doing when it comes to older heating methods. I have not had this experience with other companies in the area.
We had a new water heater put in. We also had some duct work and our air conditioner drain pipe cleaned. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They work fast and do quality work. I was actually surprised by the bill. It was no more than what they quoted me.
