I've finally been pissed off enough times to write a review of this location. The only things going for this taco Bell is: the hours, location, and it's a Taco Bell. Everything else about it is terrible. Food usually takes a while, while employees screw around. Employees are pretty rude. I've asked questions and gotten some pretty rude responses. I'm not sure what it is but half the employees look like tweakers. If you want to hear about someones life drama about they're baby daddy (an employee) while they wear their hat sideways, this is the place for you. All in all (for the most part) completely rude and unprofessional staff. I'm pretty sick of getting my order messed up or when it is right having a hard shell taco broken in 5 places, with no lettuce.
The worst taco bell I've ever been to. Nothing like waiting 20+ minutes for subpar taco bell. Go to taco johns on 10th street instead. It's right by barry hall and they make food far faster. I also watched an employee rub her face with gloves then continue to prepare food.
Took 5 minutes to get to us (only ones in store). I ordered a 12 pack of cinnabon delights and a grilled chicken quesadilla and got 10 cold ones and a sloppy, uncut mess. Great use of the last of my gift card.
The cashier left us waiting while he locked the door to the building...on a Sunday morning. We saw around a dozen other customers attempt to get in, with no interest from the employees; a LOT of lost business from that decision. We had to wait about 30 minutes in restaurant to get the food we bought, while the chef ladies were chatting and gossiping. The food was pretty good though.
I ordered a bean burrito and received a soft shell taco instead; the meat in the soft shell taco was cold. I had to wait around 5 minutes before I was notified I could place my order and waited an additional 10 minutes to receive my order. I was the only one in line at the drive through and there was no one in the restaurant.
Only reasons why I come here is it's open late and close to campus. Honestly now it might be worth the drive to another taco Bell or I might as well go somewhere else.
