Worst staff ever! I ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, & cinnamon bites. I got 2 pizzas & breadsticks. I reordered the bites & received wings! Had to wait 40 minutes, 40 MINUTES, to get my order from this place! If you are going to hire people who have no idea what they are doing, don't put them all on the same shift.
Very short staff but they sure tried there bast 2 keep us happy...
Awesome pizza fast service
Made my order wrong three times. I ordered two deep dish pizzas, one three meat and one pepperoni. They ended up making a regular pepperoni pizza versus a deep dish as i ordered. So as i wait for that i told them that sinxe they messed up my order i shoukd get a free pizza they laughed and nope not happening. When they finished my order they had a regular pepperoni versus the deep dish i had and my wings were not parmesan as i ordered. So I told them to fix my wings and i just left. Never have I experienced such lack of respect from food service. Im a manager at my store and I would be ashamed if my employees treated customers that way. And they gave me free bread sticks and pretty muched laughed at me for being upset about my order being messed up. The worst experience ive have in a long time.
I LOVE the pepperoni cheesy bread from Lil Caesars Pizza. However, if you plan to order the pepperoni cheesy bread I would recommend you go to a different Lil Caesar's Pizza. I ordered pepperoni cheesy bread from them on two separate occasions and they messed up my order both times. The bread was burnt and they didn't put the correct sauce on top. The customer service was also poor.
