I brought my rug to be cleaned there, and I got it back smelling worse than before. The rug's fabric was also severely damaged. The staff offered no re-do and no reimbursement.
I'm working in ND on Business and brought my laundry to Royal's for was and fold. What a mistake. My clothes were completed quick, but when I opened the plastic bag they were folded in I discovered that the were wet and wrinkly. Furthermore they stunk! I would not give them a star but could not post without it!!
Cheapest place to wash and dry out of 6 laundromats I looked into. Free WiFi and drop off service.
I really like royals its close and easy to get to I like the people who work here but management needs to get everything working so he can make a profit
I was a fan of busy bubbles, and recently Royal laundry. Always helpful and nice staff and owner. Was bummed about the dryer charge and cutting hours down to 6 to 10, but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I sadly think this business has closed down. I went there last Monday to do laundry, there were big orange signs on Windows and doors stating they were closed. I don't want to go anywhere else.
Besides that, the whole place seems extremely unprofessional. Most of the washing machines and driers do not work.
