The best from if communication with them is an email. I'd prefer a phone call though.
There are two sides to the lobby (which has a fireplace). One is for scheduled appointments, one for walk in. My scheduled appointment went very well. In and out quickly.
Been to the walk-in quite a few times, and always seen in an hour or less. If you've been to any other walk-in around town, you'll know the wait times are usually well over 2-3 hours. Pretty good in my book!
The care I get from the doctor I see here is great. She doesn't talk down to me, tells me like it is, and makes me feel like my concerns are valid. I only spend around 30 minutes anytime I go and the staff are all polite and efficient.
