2nd delivery the messed up my floor and STILL nothing has been done about it months later. Scuffs in my hardwood floor because they just shoved the refrigerator across my floor instead of lifting it up.
I now see why people complain when anything has to be delivered and/installed.
Took longer to check out than it did to shop. Sales agent said they were having IT problems. So I used $60 cash and it wouldn't read that either. First time in 56 years I threatened police action or give me money back. Have you ever tried to explain to an idiot what a plastic storage bin is? This visit was unbelievably PAINFUL!
There's a little different selection than Menards which is a plus. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Home Depot will never be my go-to DIY store, but it is a good second choice.
They need more cashiers and people that know their products. Otherwise it a good place to "self serve" yourself.
1st delivery from them, it arrived damaged.
Horrible customer service. Can never find anyone to help me. I was in there one time looking for some items for a project I wanted to do, well when I found an associate who works there, he just pointed and said, "It's over there" I walked around for awhile and finally left my full basket on the floor. When I was leaving, a cashier told me to have a great day. First nice person I came in contact with. Seems like I can never find an associate. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
