Had to ask three times to get the three people hovered over their computer to even acknowledge us then it was like pulling teeth to get them to find the carpet sample...which they did not..we went to Home Depot and got everything taken care of quickly!
Purchased blinds from Lowe's and the experience couldn't have been any worse. Began with no understanding the coupons I had and took roughly an hour to get that simple process done. That's when all the issues started... blinds were delivered and one was incorrect, the installer lacked communication and I was even advised to contact the contractor myself instead of the store doing their job. Installer never responded and the whole process finally was completed almost 2 months later. Everyone from the floor employee to management dropped the ball and all they offered was that the blinds come with a one year warranty. Safe to say I will pay to never deal with Lowe's again. Go with Menards or Budget Blinds I've heard the process is painless and done no later than a 3 weeks not 2 months!
I was a customer in the Fargo ND store 1650, last March. We were building a new home, I purchased all of my appliances at Lowe's and I needed a large mirror. I found the perfect one but it had a flaw. I requested help from a sales clerk who confirmed that the mirror was flawed and to my dismay, the only one left in the store. I was told that they could order another. Feeling that it could happen to another that I would have to wait for, I pointed out the floor model, which was perfect and up high on a shelf for viewing. I requested that one .... my request was grated courteously . It was handled carefully down from the wall, placed in a box & wrapped securely with packing to ensure that nothing would happen to it on my way home. I was amazed by the patience, helpfulness and friendliness of not one but three men who offered to help me in everyway possible. I left thanking Sam Ball, Bill Polk, and Paul Smith for the best experience ever in Lowe's, and all because of them!!!
Usually I have trouble finding what I want at Lowe's, so I went straight to an associate and asked where rabbit repellent was. He took me straight there, it was right up front. I thought the sign said it was $11.97, so I was surprised when the cashier rang it up as almost $14. They checked on the price for me and got it changed. They were courteous, and I appreciate that they updated the price for me, even though after taxes it only a difference of a dollar. A dollar is still a dollar. My most recent visit was very pleasant.
Fargo North Dakota Lowe's store. After you signed the contract ones they really don't care about everything and they don't keep the contract promise they should will they just telling you to do more contract with them and to charge you more money. I purchased windows at Lowe's to be installed on December 4 the installer showed up December 5 and late after 11 am unfortunately there has been a problem with the poket windows installation and no one is a professional installer they had The poor customer service and they don't finish my windows us they promised to do there job us I paid I feel like I got robbed. It's a horrible experience I ever had. I never ever recommend to any one to get like I got I wish people can read this and don't go ever to them. Lowe's store Fargo North Dakota
